Total Body Condition

Total Body Condition is a whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, exercise balls, body bars, floor mats, and your own body weight as resistance tools.

Line Dancing

Line Dancing is a fun aerobic workout using country/western dance to increase your heart rate and improve coordination.

Yoga

Yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body along with breathing techniques in order to achieve goals in the highest effects.

Pump it Up

Pump it Up is a designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body by combining low to moderate weights with high repetitions.  Improves strength and conditioning while burning fat and building lean muscle.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is gentle way to fight stress and anxiety as well as increasing flexibility and balance.

Silver Slippers

Silver Slippers is a one hour class for adults age 65 and older designed to improve agility, balance, and coordination by increasing muscular strength and range of movement in a fun, friendly environment.

Having a Ball

Having a Ball uses stability balls to help strengthen core and leg muscles.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a constantly changing high intensity fitness program designed to improve overall strength and conditioning.

Step and Tone

Step and Tone is a cardio workout that will burn of calories, and tone muscles.  There is 30 minutes of step aerobics followed by a range of exercises for toning the upper body, arms, shoulders, legs, thighs and abdomen.

Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.  The emphasis is on spine and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core/center, and improving coordination and balance.

W.O.W. It

W.O.W. It is a group led low impact, total body strength training class that combines aerobic exercise for weight loss and strength training, using hydraulic equipment, for toned muscles.
